Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving visitors
• Ensuring communication between employees and contractors
• Handling phone calls and the company email inbox
• Creating summaries of internal documents
• Ensuring smooth organization of conference rooms
• Providing support in the organization of business meetings
• Organizing business trips
• Supporting internal departments such as Accounting, Administration,HR, Marketing

What we expect from you:

• Good knowledge of MS Office suite/Google drive
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Ability to work in a team and ease in establishing rapport with others
• Good organizational skills and commitment to work
• Experience in a similar position
