CodiLime is a software and network engineering industry expert and the first-choice service partner for top global networking hardware providers, software providers and telecoms. We create proofs-of-concept, help our clients build new products, nurture existing ones and provide services in production environments. The project and the team
We are establishing a team to research and build new functionalities into our client’s open source service mesh solution. The main objective of the team is to enhance our customer’s product to address requirements specific to the telecommunications sector.
What else you should know:
We are building a team of 3-4 Software Engineers
We cultivate an Agile mindset
We research, design, and implement complete functionalities
We take full ownership of the work
Our tech stack includes Kubernetes, Istio, Envoy Proxy, AWS, Azure, Docker
We use Git, Jira, Gitlab (including CI/CD pipelines) and any other tool we need to get work done efficiently
The client is based in the US
We work on multiple interesting projects at the time, so it may happen that we’ll invite you to the interview for another project, if we see that your competencies and profile are well suited for it.
As a part of the project team, you will
Participate in technical discussions together with other teams to establish the scope of work and specific requirements
Research, design and implement functionalities
Write tests for your code
Perform code review for other developers
Validate the solution with the client and other teams
Build, maintain and operate development and testing environments
Do we have a match?
As a Software Engineer you must meet the following criteria:
Excellent knowledge of C++
Good knowledge of software development and QA practices
Good knowledge of Linux, Git and Docker
Good communication skills
English (minimum B2 level)
