What we expect from you
Availability to work 1/2 time (temporary employment until the end of June)
Very good organization of own work
Willingness to work with people and help others
Experience in administrative work (including office equipment repair work) will be an asset
Your responsibilities will include
Controlling the office according to company standards and ongoing repairs
Monitoring the inventory of items in the office and replenishing them
Creating shopping lists
Cleaning and moving work
Manual and assembly work related to office equipment
Supporting the reception desk
