The project and the team
You'll have the exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with three experienced recruiters who are passionate about finding the best talent in the IT sector. Your role
As a part of our dynamic project team, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and attracting potential IT candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conducting initial candidate screenings based on provided job descriptions.
- Collaborating closely with recruiters to understand specific role requirements.
- Contributing to the development of effective sourcing strategies.
- Maintaining accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.
Do we have a match?
As an Intern IT Recruiter, you must meet the following criteria:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Interest in the IT industry and technology trends.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Beyond the criteria above, we would appreciate:
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Passion for finding and connecting with talented individuals.
