Your Role
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for building and executing a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with CodiLime’s overall growth objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in B2B IT/tech marketing, with a proven track record in international lead generation – particularly targeting the US market. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of managing a multidisciplinary marketing team while driving initiatives that translate directly into measurable business outcomes.
As the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for:
- Building and executing the global marketing strategy in line with CodiLime’s business priorities.
- Driving lead generation initiatives with a strong emphasis on measurable ROI, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), digital campaigns, and targeted content.
- Building, leading, coordinating, and inspiring the marketing team.
- Cooperating closely with Business Units and Business Groups to ensure marketing initiatives directly support sales and client engagement.
- Managing collaboration with clients on case studies, testimonials, and thought-leadership materials.
- Supporting HR and Employer Branding activities to strengthen CodiLime’s presence on the Polish talent market.
- Ensuring consistency of brand identity and messaging across all channels, both in Poland and internationally.
Do we have a match?
As the Head of Marketing you must meet the following criteria:
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial/leadership role within marketing.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, with a proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline impact.
- 3+ years of experience in IT/Tech, ideally in a software house or similar service-oriented business.
- Hands-on experience in building and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage up to 10 team members across marketing, design, and digital.
- Experience in international markets, preferably with US-focused campaigns and buyer personas.
- Strong ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to create win-win outcomes.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to position CodiLime as a thought leader.
- Fluency in English (C1+), both written and spoken.
