We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Engineer to join our global engineering team. You will be working on a sophisticated ecosystem that includes a complex monolith alongside a suite of modern microservices. Your Role

As a part of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Navigating and maintaining a complex codebase consisting of a primary monolith and associated services.

• Developing end-to-end features by seamlessly switching between backend logic and frontend user interfaces.

• Collaborating across time zones with engineers to deliver high-quality software.

• Optimizing data workflows using various formats and manipulation techniques to ensure system efficiency.

• Integrating modern AI tools into your workflow to enhance productivity through "vibe coding" and rapid prototyping.

Do we have a match?

As a Software Engineer, you must meet the following criteria:

• 3–5 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails, including a deep understanding of the ActiveRecord ORM system.

• 3–5 years of experience building frontend components in React, with a strong command of modular, component-based web development.

• Proficiency in data formats, specifically working with XML, JSON, and complex data manipulations.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a globally distributed team.

• English at least B2 level, C1/C2 preferred

Beyond the criteria above, we would appreciate:

• Networking fundamentals, such as an understanding of switching and routing.

• Exposure to Protocol Buffers (Protobufs) for efficient data serialization.

• A "vibe coding" mindset, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to speed up the engineering lifecycle.
