The project and the team
You will work on a workplace management platform trusted by enterprise customers to manage offices, desks, meeting rooms, visitors, parking, and shared workplace resources.
You will be a hands-on Lead Engineer, responsible for setting the technical direction and helping build the next generation of the platform. You’ll join a small team and take ownership of the stack from day one, spending most of your time writing production code while also owning architecture, cloud infrastructure, engineering standards, and overall technical direction.
What else you should know:
We use Agile methodology
The team operates within a startup environment
The client is based in the US
We work on multiple interesting projects at the time, so it may happen that we’ll invite you to the interview for another project, if we see that your competencies and profile are well suited for it.
Your role
Own feature delivery end to end across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure
Own technical direction and architecture while remaining a hands-on contributor
Build workplace experiences spanning desk booking, room scheduling, visitor management, analytics, and interactive floorplans
Design and maintain integrations with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams, and Stripe
Operate and improve GCP infrastructure: deployments, monitoring, performance, security, and reliability
Modernize an established enterprise platform while maintaining the reliability the customers depend on
Work directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements and deliver quickly
Define engineering standards, mentor engineers, and build the team as we hire
You’ll have broad ownership across the platform and the autonomy to improve systems where you see opportunities
